Version 1.1 — effective 27 June 2026. The commercial terms you accept when you create a dashboard, and again before launching a paid campaign if this version changes.
Walk-ins, your regulars, anyone who'd have come anyway — never billed, forever.
The match is ranked purely by fit. You cannot buy your way above a better match — that's the trust diners come for.
Choose a monthly ceiling and never pay a dirham more. Month-to-month, no annual lock-in.
Never a no-show, never a diner who told us "I've been here before." If we can't prove it, we don't bill it.
Your listing on Noodl, your menu matched to diners, honest taste-matched exposure, and a basic read of who's choosing you cost nothing — no card required. We never charge you for a diner who would have come to you anyway: walk-ins, your existing regulars, and anyone who found you organically are billed at zero, always.
You are charged only for a visit we bring in: a diner Noodl actively brought to you who would not otherwise have come — and only once that visit is verified and seated. We bill three kinds of such visit, by your venue tier:
| Venue tier | New diner | Returning (lapsed) |
|---|---|---|
| Casual | AED 35 | AED 15 |
| Upscale | AED 75 | AED 27 |
| Fine dining | AED 150 | AED 50 |
Win-back visits are billed at roughly 37% and off-peak fills at roughly 50% of the new-diner rate above (off-peak: AED 18 / 35 / 70 by tier). The longer you stay and the more visits you fund, the lower your per-visit rate — an earned loyalty discount of up to 25% off. Your own existing members and organic diners are never billed. All prices exclude 5% VAT.
An optional month-to-month subscription — AED 300/mo for a single venue (AED 600–1,200/mo for multi-venue groups) — adds a live win-back & off-peak campaign engine, a read of who chooses you and your loved-but-under-ordered dishes, and a loyalty program your guests carry across visits. Your first month is free. Month-to-month, no annual lock-in — or prepay annually and get two months free (~17% off). Cancel anytime and you keep the free listing.
If you believe a billed visit wasn't genuinely one we brought in — a no-show, a known regular, or a visit you can't reconcile — you can dispute it. A person reviews each dispute and either credits the visit (removed from your bill) or explains why it stands. We'd rather credit a borderline visit than bill one we can't stand behind.
Diner identities and their taste data belong to the diner and to Noodl, processed under UAE data-protection law (PDPL). A subscription gives you aggregate and segment insight about who chooses you and how to win them back — it does not hand you a diner's personal contact details to export. You use Noodl's diner data only inside Noodl, to serve those diners better.
A plain-language summary, in good faith. This page sets out the commercial terms and rate card you're accepting. It is written to be read, not to hide anything — but it is a summary, not the full legal contract. For a paid pilot, the binding agreement is the short Master Services Agreement we'll send you; where the two ever differ, the signed MSA governs. Questions? Talk to us before you accept.
