Version 1.0 — effective 26 July 2026. What Noodl is, what it isn't, and what we each owe the other. Written to be read.
Noodl is a Dubai dining-intelligence service. It learns your taste so it can suggest what to order and help you decide where to eat. Noodl is a recommendation and information service — we are not a restaurant, we don't cook, serve, deliver, or sell food, and we are not a party to anything that happens between you and a venue. Using Noodl means you accept these terms; if you don't accept them, please don't use the service.
We work hard to be honest and accurate — we don't invent menus, dishes, photos, or ratings. But restaurant information changes constantly and comes from menus, public sources, and our own research. So:
Always confirm anything that matters to you directly with the restaurant before you rely on it.
Noodl derives dietary, allergen and halal information from menu descriptions and venue data. That process is automated and keyword-based, which means:
If you have a food allergy, intolerance, medical dietary requirement, or a strict religious requirement, you must confirm every dish directly with the restaurant before ordering or eating. Never rely on Noodl alone for a decision that affects your health or your religious observance. Noodl does not provide medical or dietary advice.
You keep ownership of the photos, ratings, notes and comments you add. By posting them you give Noodl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and share that content within the service (including to other diners and, in anonymous, aggregate form, to restaurants) for as long as you keep it posted. You can delete your content, and deleting your account removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that what you post is yours to post, is honest, and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, or where we're legally required to.
Restaurants featured on Noodl are independent businesses. Listing a venue is not an endorsement, a partnership, or a claim of affiliation, and we don't control what they serve, charge, or how they treat you. Anything you buy, book, or experience at a venue is strictly between you and that venue. Where Noodl links to a third-party service (for example a booking tool), that service has its own terms and we're not responsible for it.
Some results may be promoted. When they are, they carry a clear "Promoted" label, they're limited in density so genuine best-matches still lead, and they never override your dietary filters. We won't disguise an ad as a recommendation.
Noodl is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We're building actively: features may change, pause, or be withdrawn, and we can't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may also update these terms — when a change is material we'll bump the version above and, where it matters, ask you to accept it.
You can stop using Noodl at any time and delete your account in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or if we stop offering the service. Sections that by their nature should survive — content licence for anything still posted, liability, and governing law — continue to apply after your account ends.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Noodl is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss arising from your reliance on restaurant information (including prices, menus, availability and dietary or allergen data), or for anything that happens between you and a restaurant. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. We'd much rather sort things out directly first — please contact us and give us a chance to fix it.

Written in plain language, in good faith. This page sets out the agreement between you and Noodl in terms a person can actually read. It's a summary of that agreement, not an exhaustive legal contract — as Noodl grows we'll keep it current and bump the version above when anything material changes.
